Any specific advice for someone who installs flooring for a living every single day? We are on our knees for several hours every day. Hundreds of deep squats and lunges every day, crawling on concrete/hardwood/carpet/tile etc. Would it possibly be counter productive to do so much extra movement in the knees, wearing the joint out prematurely over the years? Or would all of the nordics/raises/sleds/walking backwards etc be beneficial for someone in the flooring trade as well?

For the dumbbell standard percentages, if I’m 180 lbs, does that mean at 25% body weight I use 2 45 lb dumbbells, or 2 22.5 lb dumbells? Thanks!

The 25% and the 37.5% is that per side or in total for example for a 200lbs person would that be 50lbs per hand or in total if performing shoulder press for example
