How do you know it's time to change your ostomy bag? Its a good idea to get on a schedule of changing it. For me, that means every 4-5 days unless I feel itchiness around the stoma or lifting!

Thankfully, we've been able to get a good week or so out of the setup for my daughter since finding ostomy belts. And filling in her monster scar helps a lot too. Videos like these have helped us find what works
