Let me just start by saying that when it comes to recruitment, there are two sides to the business - the employer side and the candidate side. Most people tend to struggle with the employer side and end up selling their services without taking the time to build relationships.

That's where my first tip comes in - focus on building strategic relationships with clients. Trust me, one good relationship with the right person can make all the difference in your journey to getting clients.

Try to connect with people in the industry who have already succeeded and see how you can be of value to them. You might just get introduced to their clients or learn from their experiences.
