Reminds me my apprenticeship in France in the late 70’s. After cooking the waiter would debone it on the side of the table on a guéridon. That was service at the time. Even the waiter went to culinary school with us cooks. Love the music, Bach Cello suite #1

Not really the place for this but on our honey moon my alarm clock sound was bach cello prelude 3. Ever time I hear it it makes me shiver and takes me back to the most wonderful time of my life, as if I am there right now. I smell the ocean air, fl my skin warmed from the sun then cooled from the breeze, while the birds and the sound of the wind through the trees serenade us.
