Device Encryption not showing or working in Windows 11/10

The data security concern is more apparent than ever, because of this, developers are trying to inculcate as many security features as they can. The built-in Device Encryption is one of them. However, for a lot of users, Device Encryption is not showing or working.

Encryption is basically jumbling of your data in a format that is unreadable. So that, even if a hacker is able to fetch your data, they won’t be able to make sense of it. Device Encryption takes the data which is plaintext and then converts it into an unreadable format encryption algorithm (ciphertext). This data can only be decrypted using a password or recovery key.

I tried what you've instructed and checked if my account was an admit but the device encryption still doesn't appear? what seems to be the issue for this? cheers

How does one go about making the device compatible? I'm on my custom built PC. Do I need to upgrade specific hardware in order to run Windows 11 and get it that way?

I looked everywhere on the web and came across this video as well which I followed but can still NOT see encryption....
Win11 and yes I am Admin, and Yes I installed all updates, Yes HW is 100% compatible and current, No I have no virus etc etc.... including all that other bla-bla-bla you go through when troubleshooting a PC (BTW, I work as an IT technician so I daily troubleshoot and I know from the back of my hand where/how to look for things, settings, updates, conflicts, drivers, etc etc)... even though all is done, there is no encryption option to be found anywhere on the computer.

Device encryption was active in my windows 11 system but for some reason I turned it off, and then after that the system is not showing any device encryption option and while I go to my system information then the above type of messages is showing in PCR7 configuration and also in device encryption please help me to enable it.
