Not trying to be a stickler but he says you don't need to be end game but millicents' questline requires you to clear most of the haligtree, which is a very nasty place to go if you arent "end game" ready. Again, not being a stickler, just passing along info, great build video!

I played the whole game with a moonveil, so op, tried other stuff but went back to it. The other katana for me is the uchigatana with froststomp, cuz I don't dual wield, I carry a staff on the left

I duel weild a +19 nagabika (sepukku ash of war) in off hand, +10 malanias blade in the other (waterfowl ofc) mix that with the blood talisman, white surgeon mask, some serious levels into dex, and I’ve got myself a blood build that trivialises essentially all bosses (even more so when you add +10 mimic on top). Would love to hear other peoples builds!

Edit: the talisman that increased attack power upon successful attacks is an absolute must have for anyone that mains with malanias blade, makes the weapon art absolutely broken. Good luck out there Tarnished!

i use a similar build but i use uchigatana because there is an OP!! ashe of war which is Bloodhound step it gives me very high mobility it saved me in a lot of traps and dangerous situations, bosses that use crazy attacks they can't catch me either

Rotten winged sword talisman is a good choice for dual katanas. Days it greatly increases atk power with successive attacks.

is just amazing how overpowered the Samurai is from the very beginning
all have to do right after slaying the Grafted Scion Hopefully with Honor
is just go and retrieve the 2nd Katana blade of Honor that is in that catacomb
super easy to get
and you are already into Dual wielding madness

Always liked single sword, but I tried using the meteor on left, with moonveil on right when I kept losing to a boss I know I could win and could not believe how easy it was shredding down a boss’s health bar.

Instead of meteoric blade I use uchigatana with Royal knight's resolve and mvl katana, the dmg output is INSANE, try it! It only takes minutes to beat the hardest bosses if you know the Legendary Roly Poly... "Roly Poly Roly Poly" (look for "The sacred art of the forward roll" if you got lost)

I use 3 katanas. The meteoric in the left hand and I alternate between the moonveil and uchi. I got blood hounds step on the uchi and it’s a deadly combo to use in the right situations

Ha! This is almost exactly how I play :D
I also use Uchigatana with "Flame of the Redmanes" Ash of War. Cast fire 2-3 times for guaranteed stagger and chop down half boss HP spamming LB.

this guys builds good but hes def lying about it not being far into the game. you gotta be beasting thru several op bosses and summons to get into certain areas. being at volcano manor and in land of giants isnt early game and if anyone IS low level doing it then they shouldnt need a guide lol those three guys u gotta kill aint no joke lol
