How to get DUAL Katana BUILD with Moonveil & Meteoric Ore ► Elden Ring

This is how to get a dual katana build with the Moonveil and Mereoric Ore blade weapons in Elden Ring.

Tip for moonveil boss: Stay on hip up close and strike him that way. He will try to hit you so just dodge and get back to his hip. His fire breath won’t hit you while on his hip so it makes it easier to do damage.

You might be better off with a non unique secondary katana that you can change to make scale with Int or Dex, since those are the two stats you should be leveling up for your main hand Moonveil. Looks like Meteor Ore scales with Str and int.

You don't need high level to get the moonvile just wait for the sword slam and the drag after which you will go and attack him up close. The magma wyrm usually throws a fireball at you after that which activates the slam attack. The only thing you need Is patience since on low levels you wont deal much damage

The easiest way to kill the boss is this: (If you're having difficulty)

Step 1: Find and get the meteorite staff as well as the rock sling skill

Step 2: Before going into the boss room, run into the mist but do not enter it, stay roughly around the middle and just press rock sling. Before the boss is about to die enter and go up and 1 hit it. Easy

Science: Rock sling spell summons infront of u so it technically summons the ability inside the boss room without you having to even enter it, cheesy but if ur having a hard time u can give this a go. The staff and spell itself is also extremely easy to find.

If unable to get both blades, an upgraded uchigatana will suffice for the moonveil as the main handed weapon. The unsheathe does hella damage when upgraded properly.

im so confused when i do my sheathe and press the normal attack it only does the heavy attack. Could it be that im on keyboard and mouse? Heavy attack on keyboard is Shift + Left Click, but for the ashes of war I need to hold Shift then Right Click and then Left Click, but it only does the heavy attack :( please help

Does intelligence make Moonville do more damage or just strictly dexterity

If you’re going for an INT build to use these, you can also get the Meteor Ore staff + Rock Sling spell, 3 casts & it breaks the boss stance for a critical hit.

just get your i-frame dodges right & it’s practically a cake-walk

Already have the moonveil at +8 and a cold uchi that scales at c with Intel on +16. Just picked up the meteoric blade. Would it be worth swapping out the cold uchi for it?
