I was visiting with a friend today when I told them that I have 2 jumping spiders I’ve named Fred and George living in my plants. He was quite surprised because I used to be petrified of all spiders. He asked how on earth I got over my fear… and I replied “Emily from Snake Discovery helped me get over my fear of spiders…. aaaand snakes!”

Hiya, been looking through your videos and an idea came to me: Have you ever tried sprinkling cinnamon over the eggs as they incubate? As a gardener, I start seeds in damp soil seed trays with plastic tents to keep things humid. Fungus can wipe out seedings and stop germination. Coating the trays with cinnamon stops the fungus and bacteria from growing. I suggest a scientific experiment for you. 1-Coat the damp perlite with cinnamon before setting eggs in 2-set the eggs in perlite and coat them on top only. 3- coat perlite under and over eggs. I hope you will give it a try.

Maybe you could train some of your higher level staff in on how to cut eggs, in case of emergency or if it just stresses you out. TBF, perfectly fair, even in the earlier shot that egg looked a little off in color compared to the hatched shell. A lot more yellow.
