The game is changing. All assets will collapse including housing once the dollar dies. Go ask people in Weimar Germany what happened to their homes values after the currency revaluation. If you are taking on debt now you are making a BIG mistake. But you should be doing is using these over inflated prices to cash out and pay down your existing debts.
