Turn Off Automatic Window Resizing Windows 7

Dragging a window to one edge of the screen it would "dock" there and it will re-size to fill half the screen or full screen. some users might prefer to turn off the feature entirely and go back to resizing windows as they see fit.

Thank you! You corrected Microsoft's stupidity. If you can double click the window frame header to maximize it, why auto maximize when moving the windows around.
It drives everybody nut.

The thing that sucks is that this also disables the ability to drag a maximized window by clicking and holding then dragging it. I wish those two settings were separate.

Do you also know how to make explorer windows that are halfway outside the screen, open in the same position when closed and opened again. They always get put completele into the screen, and I have to move the window every time I reopen it.
