I love IKEA! I disassembled most of my IKEA furniture when I shipped it overseas. Additionally, I also bought new furniture that I assembled when my household goods arrived. I'll never grow out of it!

I’m in my mid-40s and planning on renovating my kitchen with ikea cabinets.

First ikea piece I got, I was 18 and in college, last piece I got was probably about 6 years ago at 38..so yeah that checks out: we did our kitchen through them and installed it ourselves. I don’t love the countertop material I chose, I feel like it was different at the store but overall I’m extremely happy with the rest of it, if you want to learn how to install a kitchen yourself, you can save a TON of $$ and I think our kitchen looks great. My wife designed it in their software which gave us a list of stuff to order and that was pretty much it.

I never aged out of their fluffy couches and sectionals though. I love the 100% cotton washable covers and do white in Spring/ Summer and change to red for couch/loveseat covers during the holidays.

you should look into how their franchise business is structured. that might point you to even more reasons why they are profitable.

Did they remove the legs from the table like you said? Or, did they just never connect the legs in the first place?

What's more, mind-blowing is the fact that they are somehow non-profit 👀👀👀🤯

I slightly over torqued a screw on an ikea table once and it broke thru the particle board material that the table was made out of. 😂

IKEA is more expensive than traditional brands now. They have forgotten who their customers are
