Well said. But forget when symptoms are severely annoying. The most difficult part of the journey. Thanks.
Thanks so much for encouraging almost every day.

I was waking up with nightmares, demons attacking me, excessively sweating, waking up in my sleep with so many different things while I'm sleeping...i have gotten so much better in that regard...My physical advice would be to acknowledge scary thoughts, then dont give them any more power or dont even try to make them logical...My best advice is to believe in Jesus Christ bc he is the way, the truth and the life!❤God Bless You

Hello, can someone help me? I have been doing acceptance work and exposure to the things that caused me intrusive thoughts and anxiety for 6 months. I had shown great progress, I felt like I was smiling again, but in the last few months I began to notice that I felt very stressed and as if my body was afraid. That had not happened in the first months of acceptance and now I don't know how to remove this feeling of stress that makes me feel as if my neck and ears were burning on fire. I have been waking up at night scared as if I had seen a horror movie, and this is every day, I have already tried stress release and relaxation techniques and they don't work. Does anyone know what could be happening to me? thank you
