This is a short 2 minute non nerrated video showing our new fully renovated bathroom that we recently completed in our 5 year old townhouse.
The renovation took 7 months to complete, and it was done in 3 stages so that we could continue using the bathroom during this time.
As a former carpenter/builder i completed all of the work myself, except for the plumbing and electrical work.
The walls inside the shower were finished using a stacked stone porcelain tile, and the 600x300 floor tiles are also porcelain in a non slip charcoal color.
The bathroom accessories are all matte black, and the additional black aluminium trims used were all powdercoted in satin black.
The large vanity cabinet was built by myself and comprises 8 large drawers and 2 doors, and finished off using a black marble laminate benchtop.
The vanity cabinet drawer fronts and doors were made from 16mm Polytec "Amaro" lamiwood with black edging applied, and the wall/ceiling paint is Dulux 101 low sheen finish and tinted to color match the Amaro lamiwood.
I should also note that we did not require any council approvals or certification certificates for any of the renovation work carried out as the plumbing work was just relocation of pipes and fittings, the floor waste was retained, and there was no structural changes made to any walls or roof inside the room.

Products and suppliers used during construction:

Finally, i don't usually record my videos in the vertical portrait mode as i did with this video because it is not the right way to do it, however because of the small confines of the room, i could not record the video in my usual landscape mode, which i would have preferred.
