I am from India. I have a Fig plant (about 2 feet in a big container ), it is has about 4 figs growing on it. I am facing two issues
1. there are lot of brown stops on the leaves (top leaves), however the new leaves near the soil are all green and look great
2. it has been almost 4 weeks i have these figs on it and i don't seen them ripening, how long does a fig generally take to completely grow

I live in Lahore Pakistan where temperature is max 47deg Celsius in summer and minimum 3-2 deg in winter. I have 2 figs plant in a 24" pot. but even after 1 year in pot they are not growing taller. they produce figs but fruit dropped before ripe. pls tell me what to do. thanks. Fareed Syed
