What do you do when you all of a sudden have margins or unused white space on each side of your screen on any website you go to? I do not know what changed and I can't figure out how to get my screen back the way it was so I can utilize the whole area of the screen.

i cant do that there is a black square around it and that option in black i cant press it .  the biggest size i can do is 1024 by 768
