It is very nice how you have presented ROI. I am working in academic environment and it would be nice if there are developed some ROI on EQ for Academics. Usually top chair appointed person for academic is business oriented person what is not always in strait line connected with educational requirements. What are your recommendations for smoothing up that differences.
