How to remove administrator rights Command Prompt Windows 10

Removing administrator privileges means to remove admin user from local administrators group. You can use command prompt to remove admin rights from a user.
Open Command Prompt (admin) and type
net localgroup administrators username /delete

don't do this deleting of admin privilege, you will loose access to do any changes. I am now struggling to figure out how to regain access.
