Driving into the "Downtown" area isn't showing anything of the aftermath of the flooding, being that it's on a much higher elevation. I lived in Haywood County for several years. Dealt with flooding while there. I worked in the Fire and Water Restoration business while there. One of our personal buildings was also flooded in Canton. It was directly across from the Pigeon River there.
Praying for everyone affected throughout the region there.
