Trisha, you’re the only white creator who actually brought it back to the victims of Brooke’s hate — black people. So many other big creators had so much to say without even referencing the people these tweets hurt most. I know you’re not reading this but if Moses is, please tell her how much it means to us. Nobody understands how deeply this cuts, nobody understands how much it hurts to be so consistently the subject of hate the way black people are. I love and respect you so much.

hope oscar is doing okay, he sounded emotional during the brooke segment. it must hurt to find out someone you are a fan of have said horribly racist things about black and mexican people as a latino. what trish said is true too, brooke's remarks will follow her forever and nobody is entitled to forgiveness

oscar looks and sounds so disappointed and disheartened by brooke’s tweets. trisha as well. i was so disheartened when i saw the tweets. this is such a hard situation. i’m glad she posted another video to the first apology because i believe it just wasn’t enough.

Y’all are being a little too mean to Oscar is my opinion. You can tell he’s genuinely hurt and upset about the Brooke situation. Not only did she make racist remarks towards the black community but also towards Latinos and the gay community so hes definitely upset. They know Brooke on a personal level so they are processing it differently than everyone online. Regardless I think they spoke on the situation very well

Honestly, it’s not like Brooke just recited a song and inadvertently uttered a derogatory term. These actions are profoundly reprehensible and indicative of a deep-seated animosity. Her behavior clearly reflects a significant and quite frankly disturbing level of hatred towards poc and minorities. It’s just gross.

from Trisha’s comments you can really tell she ACTUALLY listened to POC opinions on the situation… she sees the hurt, esp ab police brutality and the exhaustion and terror black communities have been living under, we are exhausted seeing yt creators we enjoyed/loved as being exposed for old feelings (hate for me and my community). Glad Trisha referred to black creators rather than just making her own opinion ab “cancel culture” like a lot of other creators did.
