Hello ! when i plugged my ssl2+, downloaded the driver, it worked like a charm ( youtube, my daw etc..) and then no sound !! i had to go back to audio settings constantly to make it works; what a mess ! the thing is that i set up the usb in usb3 which was faulty, so my advice is to set up the usb in normal and it works perfectly now :-)
nb the worst is plugin download, it is real mess, i gave up because it asks too much time / too much complicated it's really a shame / SSL you should make it simpler !!

I'm currently waiting for my new SSL2 to arrive and I've been wondering I install the free plugins on my current laptop and eventually switch to a new laptop later this year, will I be able to re-download and install the free plugins to the new laptop or should I wait and only install them once I get my new laptop? Also does the free 6-month trial of all SSL Native plug-ins start when you register the account on the website or does it start only after you install and use the plugins? I've been looking for answers for hours to no avail. Please help :((

The interface keeps showing up as both "SSL output 1/2" and as "SSL output 3/4" on windows and I can't get any sound. It had been working fine for close to a year and I don't know what has gone wrong

Downloaded the latest driver from the website for windows 11. Monitors work, mic works, but I keep hearing crackling sounds every few seconds. When I open up the SSL manager, it says ASIO NOT ACTIVE. How can this be fixed? I tried everything.

So mine works fine but every time I start up my pc i have to unplug and plug the audio interface back in for it to power up.
Anyone know a fix?

Danger! The new (current) driver is not compatible with Windows 8.1! Your website says something else... Luckily I still had an old driver on another pc... But someone who buys a new SSL 2 and trusts your information, has a problem!

Hello.. When I use ssl 2+ with StudioOne 3 DAW, I cannot get the sound from windows applications, mp3 players, youtube... But when I close StudioOne and restart my computer, it works fine.. Any suggestions? Thnx

I can't record myself in any non DAW programs with my mics off the ssl2+, do you know what that might be? I have the most recent drivers

Setting up was easy but installing the 'free' plugins etc that come with it are a bit of a struggle. I use my interface with a PC that is not connected to the internet (so a different one that downloads the software/ licences) and appearantly I can't just put the licenses on a USB dongle I have and install them on my studio PC. I do not want to buy something additional to solve this issue and would like to know how to install all this without any trouble. Please advise!

no mixer on windows can´t understand after using 10 yrs old Focusrite. Can´t set output volume from rca 1-4? Cant get enough volume to use that for sampling with my maschine. Should set volume up to get enough volume. what I should do? Buy Audient?

why the input can not be completely silent when i turned the gain knob all the way down？（a continuous syth voice are fed into the input）

It's not even USB Audio Class 1.0 compatible if we're talking about using it as DAC

Im on Windows and I still hear mic signal when Pro Tools is off. Is there a way to fix this? Its really bugging me any help would be a miracle at this point.
