Where is the extra ADAT out port, why are the preamps not shared by the line & xlr inputs (when using the SSL preamp as standalone unit instead of the bypassed L/R preamps on the interface/expander in the rack) & way better A/D conversion on the return path to the computer (for implementing SSL2, SSL2+, SSL12 at the end of the mastering chain)? Key things to consider before releasing the MKII version, I think.

Just wondering: which of the inputs on the backside do the inputs on the front override? Does "Inst 1" override input 1 on the back or does it override the opposite input 4? Or could you setup your preference with the 360 software?

How do I plug USB-C into regular USB? My PC only has regular USB. Would a converter work or would that mess with things somehow?

How can I invert the phase of the inputs? after updating to last ssl360, my input 1 and 4 are not in phase (inverted). thanks.

Hey from Dublin.
If I want to connect my Ampeg SGT DI Box to my SSL12, should I connect my Direct line out cable from my DI Box into the Inst 1 or Inst 2 slot on the front of the SSL12 OR should I connect it into one of XLR slots at the rear of the SSL12?

I just got it today, it was the last one left in the store and it's so goddamn satisfying to work with it. The only problem I have is that the website cannot register the product, other than that, it works flawlessly.

Silly question I’m sure but…while recording a track in a song through my daw….how can raise the level on the track I’m recording to be louder than the entire song so that no may hear myself a little better?
I’d like to do this with the SSL 12 rather than my daw.

Since there is no monitor-mix knob anymore, how do you exactly blend the mix with a new vocal track that you are recording? What exact feature on the 360 mixer does this?

I just installed my SSL 12 and everything was running smoothly at 32bit 192KHz but after opening SSL 360, it prompted a firmware update, which I did, and immediately after that it started glitching even without audio playing. Nothing seems to work anywhere and there's no way to revert the firmware or drivers. I even clean installed Windows to see if that was the issue and it persist =( What can I do?
