Buttery Sauteed potatoes in one pan - Pommes de terres sautées

One pan buttery sauteed potatoes just like grandma used to make. Very simple to make using one pan. Use waxy potatoes for best results. No need to peel if they are washed. These are cooked in olive oil until golden brown then finished off in nutty brown butter for an amazing flavour. Seasoned with salt and pepper and garnished with freshly chopped parsley. A great side dish with any meal. Enjoy buttery sauteed potatoes! Happy Cooking

New sub! I watched the poached egg video first in the microwave. Tried it and loved it I had to though do 60 seconds and then another 60 but I stopped it at 29 seconds and it came out perfect.
