to anyone trying this challenge: It is extremely difficult and intense. It will give you great results but it will be hard so don't feel bad about taking a break for a moment during the plank or taking a quick breather. You also don't have to go as quick as Chloe, she's been doing this for YEARS. You can also do the low impact version to start off and build the muscles till you can do the full version. It's also okay if you don't do it every day just keep working out. Don't quit. You can do it! I believe in you.

it’s so crazy how there’s such a big difference from the before and after while it’s only a little difference on the scale. it helps me feel better about exercising myself and that a little lower or higher number doesn’t mean less progress because it’s fat being turned to muscle

Edit 2: thank you for the likes, I pointed the "bad comments" but 90% of you are kind. Great to see!

First: how was I rude??? Like HOW???
Second: I literally said nothing bad about skinny people and I really don't know why you are even pointing it
Third: my comment was intended to show that we don't see many different types of bodies on yt and representation is really important. I don't have the body of 99% of the people that do this challenge and I'm sure many of you don't either.

Your body shape is literally the exact same as mine, seeing you push through the challenge and seeing the results has motivated me so much to lose weight to manage my PCOS thank you!!

I can't believe how motivating this is. I legitimately laughed at how accurate the first workout was. The lying on the floor, frowning and groaning like im about to pass out. Still haven't seen any obvious change in my body but I'm getting better and better at sticking to the intense schedule of workouts and taking fewer breaks. Really happy to see someone similar to my size do this. Thank you for this!!!

You are very brave for showing us your journey. I'm at the heaviest weight I've ever been right now and I'm trying the Chloe Ting challenge and I feel just awful. I feel so self conscious too, I could never point a camera at myself during a workout. Thanks for being so open and hard working, it gives me so much inspiration and motivation and I know I'm not the only one. Lots of love and luck to you girl 💖

I finally realized this whole time I wanted to lose inches not weight, im 33 and my new years resolution was to get fit and in shape no more crying about being over weight expecting it to fall off! you got me I'm in!!! I wanna try to look good for valentines day!! ( mind you iv been doing other work outs from YouTube but this one I'm going to try wish me luck!)

I’d like to mention that half way through your health venture your skin cleared up beautifully! Your end result are unreal!! I cannot believe the change in that waistline in two weeks!!!
