Is it just me, or are these videos so entertaining to watch?

Don't break the law while you're breaking the law, simple as that. How many of these people would've gotten away with it if they weren't speeding?

“Never commit a misdemeanor while you are committing a felony” Damn, if that ain’t the most solid advice I’ve ever heard

That first cop/ homeland security officer is great, he needs more credit, he's good at his job, no aggression not above his station and he doesn't abuse his power! He's treating them like the people they are before they got involved in this crime, even after he found stuff he was very sympathetic caring while still doing his job well! Respect!

Officer Rodriguez seems like a real honest, chill and respectable man who really wants to protect and help the citizens. I wish him all the best!

That New Mexico trooper is not only a great investigator but also incredible at diffusing situations and avoiding conflict using words not force. He knew exactly how to go at those people

The officer who found the body in the trunk of the camero has my upmost respect. Even after being told to let the suspect go, didnt give in and kept conducting his search due to his suspicions.

From a non American who doesn't quite understand your laws I felt that this is the first Officer I've been impressed with by how communicated . You need more like him

The first cop with the mother/son duo is ridiculously nice. He’s polite, not even slightly rude, and just doing his job. Had they had the same answers and didn’t start acting squirrelly he really may have let them go with just a warning.

“My mom has a medical marijuana card”. “Oh yes Officer, I do, and I smoked a joint about 15 minutes ago”. That’s what they should have said. I don’t know if it would have done them any favors, but it might have been helpful.

Dude at 27:27 after questioned "is anybody with you" pointing at the trunk and saying "no" is hilarious. The fact that the officer was being told to let him go after he had no ID, no drivers license, smoked 420 an hour ago and is driving around in a car, with bullet holes, from someone who is been missing for days even more.

The fact that kid in the stolen Camaro got caught like this for the murder of that kid is insane. He stole his car and put the body in the trunk, only to get pulled over for speeding AND a family member literally pulls over to tell the cop its stolen and the boy is missing is so INSANE and shows the carelessness he had for this kids life. No idea what "hard labor" consists of but I hope he learned.

wow, that Homeland security officer REALLY leveled with the guy and his mom, super keen eye to notice the tracker as well... i hope the guy and his mom took the deal with the cops and are ok, and BIG props to the officers for being respectful and reasonable

I have so much respect for the 2 police officers that didn't give up searching for the missing woman. Others would just have left when no-one is at the house.

I'll never understand why people who are already committing crimes would commit small traffic violations at the same time. If that's me I'm driving like it's my drivers test.

You *ALWAYS* have the right to not talk to the police. I'm not recommending anyone do this crazy stuff, but why the hell you'd try to talk yourself into prison is beyond me. There are many times an excellent case could be made for an illegal search, but once they start lying to the cops, it's all over.

*Cop:* _"Is anybody else with you?"_
*Michael:* _"I don't know if he counts, but there's a dead guy in the trunk."_

Back in 2013-2014 I rented a van from Enterprise in San Diego, and to my surprise as I was about to start using it to haul some stuff from one location to another, I found approx. 16 large drug bricks of marijuana with Santa Muerte imagery on each brick I could see in the compartments where you fold the seats. I called the cops immediately, and dispatch literally asked me to drive it to a police station. I said hell no, you need to come claim this -- I wasn't going to risk getting stopped and then risk having to explain it regardless if that dispatch call was recorded. They told me it would be a while until they could send someone. I had to wait 2 hours for these guys to come to my location, and the second the cop sees it, suddenly there's 5 more cars in the parking lot. So when I see someone with a rental literally like "I don't know where that came from" I don't immediately discount their story. The best part? Enterprise didn't even offer to comp my rental when I'd explained what happened. They offered me a discount.

Being a cop on your own doing these stops would scare the shit out of me, especially when out numbered. Very brave

The officer who found the body in the trunk was so flustered he couldn’t recite his Miranda rights, as he probably had hundreds of times before. I hope he gets the help he needs. Finding a dead body is one thing. Finding someone murdered that’s about to be discarded is another.

Give a Nobel prize to whoever invented the bodycam and made it mandatory to record and release the footage

I've seen this before but I still think it's slightly comical that a guy just comes out of thin air like an angel to tell the cop how sketchy this Michael is, and then he just disappears back into the wind as quickly as he came
