So along the way I gained experience and now I believe when the time is right I could get a better job because I have been on the same salary for last 4 years but bills are getting higher.

Out of all the great aspects in this video, I appreciated your rate setting section. As someone who has issues with dealing with money & pricing (grew up poor), the cut & dry of this is necessary for me to move through it without my hang ups coming into play. I do avoid using the word “worth” in my mind when it comes to work, I replace it with “value”. Makes it easier for me to keep the topic about business and not personal.
