3) Russian President Vladimir Putin asserted that the "nearing end" of the Syrian civil war must be coupled with the "eventual" disengagement of all foreign forces from Syria.

The S300 were never used against Israeli planes for diplomatic reasons. As long as the Israelis don't attack any Russian bases, the Russians won't use their missiles to defend Iranian or Syrian bases/equipment.
There is an agreement in place between Israel and Russia to this end.
