It's quite relatable, I work in a college with SEN (Specialist Educational Needs) students.
We often do sports like football(soccer) and hockey, and it's fair to say some of them kick my ass at it and put me to shame.
Just because they may not have the same mental capacity as the average person doesn't mean they're not physically fit.

You can very much tell how much Matt and Trey love Brian De Palma's Scarface. You have this episode using the most popular song of that film, Cartman on stage in another episode doing the"say good night to the bad guy" and of course the Medicinal Fried Chicken where Colonel Sanders is basically Alejandro Sosa.
