I attempt to drive a 34 year old classic Volvo 244 across the continent (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France) and onto the ferry over to the UK.

Along the way I stop in at Volvo Klassiekeur Beurs 2022 and see some amazing classic Volvos.

Finally another video! Been watching you for a while. I also decided to create my own channel since you inspired me, although my videos wont help you much since they are/will be in Swedish :D

13:07 I love this little shelf too, very handy for GPS without installing a clunky phone holder that clutters the beautiful interior :D

When I saw the title for the video - I first answered to myself "But of course." If there was a road to the moon, it would take you there and back!

I drove my 1988 240 GL from Portugal to Northern Sweden in early 2022. 4500km. It didn't fail me once. It turned heads. It worked 👍🏻

Hello from Canada and thanks for the road trip! Really enjoyed the Volvo gathering, I had a 1982 GLT... loved it!

It's a pity I visited the Rosmalen "beurs" on saturday. I missed out on meeting you, Lili and showing of my 240 Turbo with Involvo'd sticker 😉 Great trip, great car!

Not many people say 'thank you 'in Sydney, either. Glad to see she got you there.

Glad she made it. Glad to see you have a locking gas cap, I recently got one too. I thougt the 740's locked when the car was locked, but, recently found out that was somnething my Dad told me before he passed away and it wasn't true, anymore at least.

I live in the Netherlands and every time we go to Germany or Austria I only stop at a "autohof" for fuel (and the big M).

Good to see you made it :) if you find yourself up in North Wales before next June, then do reach out, and Lili can meet their estate cousin 😂 hope bringing the others over goes just as smoothly
