Much needed! It took me 2 hoops to finally learn to waist hoop. I had a 42 -went to a 44 and it clicked. Now I can hoop on the 42 lol! I was stuck but no more!

Excited to try this. As a kid I used to hoop for literally hours and was able to do a lot of other things but has been decades! As an older adult it seems like it is lower impact and good for exercise as well. With CO in stay at home mode, I have been looking for something fun to do AND get exercise so am going to try do some of these things. Hoping my 3 teens want to try this too!
