If you are having problems with Red Dead 2 on PC, there are a couple ways to enhance your experience and fix these problems. This fix is for people who are having stuttering issues when holding shift, general stutter, and mouse cursor issues. Also, if DirectInput doesn't fix the cursor issue, try the WindowsMouse option. Changing the Graphics API may solve some extreme crashing issues as well but that may not be the case for most people. Give this a try and let me know if this worked for you.

Thank you! I’ve been doing quickdraws in story mode but the stutter was really messing me up and this helped a lot.

sadly one minus is this causes scroll zooming in/out on the map to be painfully slow. tho u can use "page up" and "page down" instead

Ask how I can fix the acceleration that each weapon has when aiming in third person thanks to testing it with 200, 300, 400, 500 dpi and I don't feel that it works according to the mouse sensor, it even seems that it works at 3200 dpi or 1800 dpi

how do you get your cursor so small in game? ive always wanted that.

The mouse is not visible at all. I don't know how solve this problem

Thanks buddy, this fixed that mouse stutter for me . Is till experience random game crashes though. No idea how to fix that.. I even updated my windows for that shit lol and its still crashes randomly.

I just changed high dpi settings in rdr2.exe properties
