When I don't sleep for 3 days I feel anxious and get angry for simple things. When I don't sleep for 4-5 days hallucination starts, and that's when I know I really need to sleep. Always wonder why lack of sleeping makes you hallucinate 🤔

I stayed up for 3 days and began seeing people having parties in my house like the movie the shining. And i even heard the laughter and talking. I also began to see my food move and even jump at me. And most disturbingly I began to lose me mind and start telling my family how grass grows so slowly but lives so long.

Fun Fact: I didn't naturally fall asleep, my family started to worry about me and my grandma began to cry when sleeping medicine wouldnt work. I rufused to the medicine and also refused food and water. So my cousin had to knock me out by hitting me over the head with a pan as hard as he could and it kn8cked me out.
