We don’t have a Quiznos near us anymore, but they had a pepper sauce called batch 81 (or something like that). I used to dump this on my hoagies when I wen there. Might be my favorite sandwich sauce of all time. Haven’t had it in years though.

My favorite sandwich sauce is "burger sauce". My recipe from my last restaurant: two cups mayo, one cup ketchup, one cup yellow mustard, one or two tbsp dill pickle brine, 1 tsp onion powder, a dash of cayenne pepper (or a splash of your fav hot sauce), salt and pepper to taste. It's awesome on burgers, it's great on sandwiches and it take fries to the next level!

There’s a great place by my work that sells Bánh Mì for a decent price and they have a great spicy sandwich that comes with a creamy chili sauce. Not sure what’s in it but I always get it

Try the steak sandwich at Booby’s up in Niles. It’s near the edge of the city on Milwaukee. You get Fries, soup and the sandwich for the same price. They’ve got boobys sauce on the table. Similar to Arbys sauce.

You all should try the Philly cheese steak pizza from Papa John's. I finally tried it over the weekend and I have to say I was fairly impressed.
