Oh man, I have to try to make this! I used to go to Ricobene's all the time and you are 100% correct the breaded steak sandwich is legendary. The chicken vesuvio version of it is fire too.

The Chicken Vesuvio sandwich somehow gets overlooked. Its pounded, tender fried chicken breasts dipped in garlic butter on same bread, with oil and vinegar lettuce tomato onions and mayo. Its ridiculous, and every bit as good if not better.
