While there can be differences among markets, in our country, it seems that the ranking stays the same. Deloitte is the strongest and KPMG is the smallest of Big 4.

Here is the true answer to the question of the best big 4? It's the one that you get the best opportunity from. To many they view Deloitte as the Best and KPMG at the bottom. If you are at Deloitte and its your second year and all you have done is put together PBC lists and TPS reports and then move to KPMG and get to work on a project that you learn specialized technical skills, lead a project or whatever your career goals are then KPMG is the best. Part of it is luck to on the managers and partners you work with and if they help propel your career. This is the number one consideration people should take into account when thinking about this.

I'm loving the return! It feels like the best version of the channel yet! The glass door idea is superb, really helps point different people in the appropriate direction for them!

Deloitte is great and all but if get on thr wrong side of some people you are done, no matter how good of a employee you are . Work doesn't matter visibility matters more.

They all the same… says someone who worked at pwc for 8 years. More than willing to hire someone from any of these firms.and they’re all so large that culture is more dependent on your group or team

Great vid James, massive salary changes these days... it's closer to a 30k start in Birmingham never mind London think the cost of living has knocked it up a fair bit. I have a few friends starting in London at one of the big4 on 34k a year in audit.

Good day James, thank you for your content. Do you think doing your articles (Training) at a medium-sized firm is worth it. I have been offered a trainer contract at EY, KPMG & PKF. I'm considering taking the PKF offer as it allows me to start the contract while completing my studies

Hi James - I've recently started an analyst role withing the tax department at Deloitte. I'm currently studying the ATT. I'm not sure exactly what I want to do in the future but I was wondering how feasible it is to move to a strategy/management consultancy in the future or even a finance role. Cheers and as always a great video!

How do you all get paid so little? Like how is that humanly possible? 25-30k pounds? I just got an offer at EY in DC for $75k with a 7.5k first month bonus.
