How to Hide the Meta AI Button on WhatsApp (New Update)

In this video I will show you, How to Hide the Meta AI Button on WhatsApp.

Whatsapp recently introduced the meta AI button. If you tap on it, you can chat with the meta AI. But if you don't like this button and want to hide it, just follow the steps. Open WhatsApp and tap the three dots from the top right corner. From the drop down menu, select settings. Then go to, chats.

Under chat settings you will find, show meta AI button. If you don't have this option, you need to wait a bit longer. Because whatsapp is rolling out this feature slowly for everyone. Now tap the slider to turn it off. Now go back and check. You will then see, the meta AI button is no longer available on your chats list.

I just did this yesterday since I discovered the meta icon and it worked a treat. However now today the meta icon has appeared again and I've tried to hide it but whatsapp has removed the hide Meta option so now I can't get rid of the stupid icon.
I have no idea what is going on with Whatsapp . Is this happening to anyone as well? I mean I get they're trying to update it and all. But why remove this option? Not many people wants to use this stupid AI to which we're all already exposed to anyway. I've even restarted my phone to check if the hide Meta option will be back which it's not. I'm gonna complain straight to the app and see if they can fix the bug that caused the hide Meta option to disappear.
