I underwent 2 c sections and also had Lumbar punctures done in the past .
Please don't generalise that you won't have any complications after spinal anesthesia.
When the anesthesiologist does the pre-op check and takes the consent, he or she well explain all the possible longterm and short term side effects of the procedure, some of them are chronic headache and backache and many more.
It may not happen with evéryone but can happen for some people. Especially after delivery you are not able to manage getting proper rest which can aggravate the side effects .

Please don't generalize issues with pregnancy, I completely agree it is not a disease, but it is a drastic change to your body and so many complications can arise at all stages of pregnancy, delivery and post delivery, if you don't look after yourself well and if you don't have some help from family and friends.

So please don't generalise everything, the whole experience can be different for each mum .

I don't know why people in social media is very keen to generalize everything especially when it comes to pregnancy and delivery .

To all pregnant ladies out there, please look after yourselves well during pregnancy and after delivery because each person is different and there are far more complications about the whole pregnancy and delivery than what these so called influencers are saying .

Don’t use pillow for 20-30 days post C-section delivery then this posture adjust your body. It’s my personal experience after my second baby.

I have back pain exactly in the needle injection place . I’ll wait for 6 months n then see some doctor . For some people it’s there ...

The needle used is very fine but still even if it touches any of the adjacent veins post issues are there.

I totally agree with u...i had 2 c sections...but did not have any kind of back pain like people say....i feel the drs who operated knew their job too well so i did not suffer any kind of complications after both my deliveries...thank god for dat.

I'm a male 23. I got spinal shots twice that is most painful shot one can take, and yes sometimes we do get sharp pain in that area.

This is true i corrected my posture much before conceiving and it helped me a lot i didn't have any back pain during pregnancy or i am not facing any back pain issue till now my daughter is 4½ year old now

Okkkk... I think in this topic you can't give any advice. Ia mother of 3 kids. With 2 of them I had an epidural, and suffered of a spine, exact injection part pain.

Mam, please make videos on dos and don'ts after delivery (both normal & caserian)please
