For any back pain issue after delivery or during pregnancy consult your physiotherapist not just any doctor!! Or for exercises go to the person who have enough knowledge about antelnatal, postnatal care and exercises during that period.

I am a physiotherapist and have seen many cases who have just started the exs by their own and land up into severe back aches and more!

There are so many reasons for the back pain after delivery. According to my knowledge, anesthesia is not at all one of them.

I am an anesthetist and a new mother and this video is very misleading. Its rarely due to anesthesia as very small gauge needles are used nowadays. Backpain is mainly due to the loosened ligaments which should go away with proper care.
