Knowing what to eat when you're lean bulking doesn't have to be hard!
In this video I'm taking you through what I eat in a day to gain weight while minimising fat gain on an easy bulking diet.
The calories and macros will be on screen for each meal and I also show you the best supplements I take on a daily basis.
I started with a small calorie surplus of around 300-500 calories above the calories I need to maintain my current weight, which has been increasing over the bulking series on my channel as I progress on my lean bulk.

Damn, 3000 cals for you? No wonder I'm not gaining weight as a 170lb guy. :x Peanut butter oats and bannana for the win though, breakfast of champs.
