Not a myth at all. I used to work in jails. 90% yup. And they behave extremely bad! If they need wound care or wanted to ask questions, they didn't even talk like normal people. They talked extremely rude and disrespectful to the staff. I mean, they assault civilians, corrections, other inmates, etc. They tell you they would call 311 to just complain about anything! And these are people who have not been proven guilty, but most likely guilty! And often have a list of history of arrests! If you work in jail you know 100% that if the inmate would hold you hostage if the condition is right! It makes you think how they function outside... but then again, these are the ones who would get away with many criminal activities and the victims probably never reported them. To be honest, these inmates just cannot function normally in society! They are truly a burden to society! But hey they are the protected group they make sure of it so we are all racist!
