Nadal announced that he was infected on December 20 ... And he entered Australia on December 31. It hasn't been two weeks !!! Rafael Nadal has been vaccinated, but according to Australian law, it would have to be 14 days before he entered the country. And he entered Australia on December 31, as reported by all world media. The fact is that 11, not 14 days have passed since Nadal's corona infection, which shows that the state of Australia saw through his fingers ???

Serious and 100% honest question:
Why was his phone confiscated? On what grounds is he not allowed to use his phone to contact his family etc?
I can somehow understand him being quarrantined. But his phone? Why? This really does feel like being a prisoner…

One correction, we are 90% plus vaccinated but it is very controversial and there’s nothing remarkable about it, just an appallingly high level of coercion by the state governments. People who refused have lost livelihoods and were also completely barred from society, and to a large extent are still excluded.

What an embarrassment. Who would ever think Australia would be worse than China?

That is the best player in the world, a man who stood with Australia during the bush fires and donated from his own pocket and helped raising donations.

Not sure if it’s completely true that Djokovic is Serbia, but it sure seems true that Djokovic is the Australian Open!

"YOU CAN'T CANCEL THE GREATNESS" wrote on t-shirt with Novak face on it that NBA basketball player Bogdan Bogdanović wore in his tribute today.
Nothing to add, #gonovak🇷🇸

Australian "Open"... its more likely Australian "Closed"... This is like a time travel to 1933... So frightening..

If rules are the rules, how come Nadal who got infected on Dec 20, entered Australia on Dec 31st? Only 11 days after he tested positive? And we read that the RULE is people tested positive are eligible to enter after 14th days only, even Australian citizenship? How about rules are the rules?

Please explain to us the case of Renata Voracova.
Her situation, which has just been detained, further exposes how Djokovic is being used as a scapegoat for the sole purpose of a federal election and political gain.

This Czech unkown female player had her exemption considered VALID during her passage to the customs and was able to reside SEVERAL DAYS in the country to play a tournament without being worried in the least before the arrival of Novak.

Australian  authorities removed her only AFTER that some sources close to Tennis Australia revealed that at least three other participants in the Australian Open with the same medical exemption as Novak Djokovic were already in the country.
It's only after those revelations, australian authorities decided to act... that's just a suspicious and shameful timing. 🤦‍♂️

Please explain to us how she got through customs and why her exemption is no longer considered valid only after the Djokovic case? Why the authorities waited several days after her arrival to apprehend her and only after Djokovic’s call

If Djokovic had forfeited, I am sure that Renata Voracova would not have seen her exemption cancelled and that she would participate at the Australian Open

Huge hypocrisy from the Australian prime minister Morrison who obviously will close his mouth about this story, too focus on Djokovic to increase his popularity.
