Crazy thing: I knew the demon was voiced Alex Brightman (BeatleJuice, Fizzarolli, etc.). But when I looked up who voiced Pugsley, I was shocked to find out is was ALSO Alex Brightman. Dude got so much range that I didn't even register it was the same voice actor.

Narratively the Dog can only talk because of of Temelucas’s Magic.
Also his voice as Pugsley is so cute

I know this is a kid show but I love how they demonstrated the manipulation skills Temeluchus (however you spell his name) possesses. He made Courtney believe she’d be freed if she served him, then he does this and makes Pugsley believe he’s changed and he won’t do anything again.

for those who want more examples of alex brightman's non-raspy singing voice, i'd really recommend checking out a musical called 35mm! he sings in a lot of it (his solo being "cut you a piece") and its my favorite musical ever so yeah!

Ok so I’d like to say, I’m a giant Alex Brightman fan, love him, haven’t seen him in school of rock yet though cuz idk where to watch it, anyways I obviously recognized him as Temeluchas but the fact that he’s singing in *that voice* I had to do a double take like “I’s- is that still him?” Because it just surprised me so much
