Going back and forth between your recent and older videos is so fun! I just recently started on my garden after a three year hiatus. This time my garden is MUCH bigger and I’m so thankful for your tutorials since I feel like I lost a lot of garden memory 😸 My green thumb has returned just by being motivated by your experience and cheerful, literally down-to-earth attitude!!! 🌷

Zone 7 (OKC) For the first time, I started winter sowing in plastic milk cartons in February. It is so fun ordering seeds from catalogs, getting them in the mail and then planting them up and setting them outdoors in their little greenhouses. It is a big success so far and I'm getting ready to plant them up in raised beds. I'm living in a new state and climate so this is a big learning curve, but enjoying it. It will be rewarding to eat some of my own food.

Thanks Kim! Maybe people will start to realise how much we have become dependant on food from the supermarket! Let's use the resources we all have, our back and front yards or get those grow bags and start growing healthy, yummy produce we can share with our families, friends and neighbours! Bring back resilience, the kind our forefathers possessed and we can all be strong together! 💚🌱

HiKim! It's been a while since I've watched. I've moved into an apartment with a patio and I'm getting my things together to start my garden!

I bought 2lbs of broccoli sprouting seed. Enough to meet our nutritional needs for micronutrients for at least a year. Quick, easy and only requires a couple of mason jars. Just another idea for some people who might not have the time or space for cropping.

Makes me happy seeing this. Told the husband not too long ago we need to do our early spring crops going. Fresh herbs and veggies are things we can't stock up on.
Keep up the great work, be safe, and stay safe.

I'm so happy I just found your site and videos. I've moved into a place where I can grow vegetables and I'm ready to get started. I'll keep watching your videos and order some seeds to start outdoors. I hope I pick the right combo of seeds.

I'm growing spinach, lettuce, carrots, tomato, and strawberry. They've all germinated and doing well, not big enough to harvest yet but I'm thrilled with their progress since it's my first true year growing. Yaay me!

Hello from Ontario..been watching for a long time now..
An right now I'm so envious of you.
We still have snow on the ground. An just as we think its melting we get dumped on again.
So frustrating. Dying to get out an start planting.
All I can do is watch you plant.
Love watching you.

This is what I can do today my day off. I have a couple of cali Kim pots, I just need to go to the store and get a bag of soil. Yeah gardening!
