Doofensmirtz definitely had all the reason to destroy the world. He should have been so much worse to the world. But all he wants is the tri-state area and prove that he is worth more. I do like the fact he has a daughter and a wife who love him very much despite his evil shenanigans that speaks volumes. He was raised so terribly he knew how to treat others better. Awesome character and father.
