When Miriam called for her son, she used the name, Yeshua. When the disciples called for Him, they said, Yeshua. So I agree, His name is Yeshua or more properly Yahoshua. When people today call on the name of Jesus, He knows of whom they speak in their heart, for He is a discerner of the heart.

He spoke this to me whole I was praying many years ago. He told me to call him Yeshua. It scared me because I did not know what the word meant and I said I would not speak it until he revealed to me that it was from him and not Satan trying to trick me into blasphemy. He later showed me what it meant...that it was his true name and how Satan had tricked the people into calling their savior an angry earth pig (thats what Jesus means) and taken power from them by getting them to call on someone who was not their savior. Yeshua is easy to say...in all languages...why would it need to be translated? Why would we wanna call him anything other than the name given to him by Yahweh? Think about it people!!

Hamachiach comes in His Fathers name .... Father is YAHuah and the Son is YAHusha ... Both have the Yah in them as the prefix. If you translate with Masorite vowel points you get Yeshua but you transliterate straight from the ancient Paleo and then you always arrive at Yahusha ... Shalom

I’m a former Muslim from Iran, my wife is Israeli and speaks full Hebrew. We call Jesus Isa in Persian language . Yashua is the same as Jesus, it’s the pronunciation that is different, we call Joshua yoosha. We call John yoohana. So it’s the same, and I have seen miracles when I pray in Jesus name, in isa’s name and in Yashua’s name. We shouldn’t put doubt in people’s mind about the name of the Lord.

For me my Messiah is Yahusha or Yahushua- Yahuah brings salvation 💖 I grew up being taught his name was jesus and our creator's name was heavenly father I also was taught jesus was born on 25th December but thankfully Yahuah is faithful and when you seek him you will find him no matter what lies you have grown up in. I don't use the name jesus anymore although I've been delivered from my enemies and had prayers answered when I never knew his real name, but for me when the spirit teaches me a truth I don't hold on to my tradition of what everyone else say and does in the world I choose to up hold truth and repent and to carry on with my new knowledge and not hide it or continue to live in deception to make others comfortable in their own traditions. It is a beautiful name messiah Yahusha 💖

Yeshua is the Hebrew name for Jesus. It means "Yahweh [the Lord] is Salvation." The English spelling of Yeshua is “Joshua.” However, when translated from Hebrew into Greek, in which the New Testament was written, the name Yeshua becomes Iēsous. ... They mean "savior" and "the salvation of the Lord."

Praise Yeshua Ha Mashiach. YHWY has blessed his people with this name. I asked him when I was born again to bring me closer to him and guide me and right after the name Yeshua was given to me. There is power in his name, and bringing glory to his mighty name is a true blessing

Different languages have different pronunciations of different names. It doesn't change the fact about who is being referred to.

We must not be too religious about this issue. I believe in the Son of God who gave His life for me. I have received the Holy Spirit. Yeshua, Emmanuel, Joshua, Jesus Christ, call him what you want. He is Alpha and Omega.

He is coming back with a new name and that's what matters.

Refreshing to see this on YouTube. Christians are returning to their Jewish roots and I for one love it! Keep up the good work!

I agree! We need to stop calling Him by a name that his own Mother didn't call him by in His lifetime. Call Him by His real name, for goodness' sake!

Now I understand that His name is Yeshua or Yehoshua or Yahoshua.
You are wrong for saying that name ‘Jesus’ is Zeus. He has powerful name! He works in every language.
Remember Genesis 11? When Yahweh and Yeshua and Ruach HaKodesh mixed up people of earth’s languages?

He works in every language.
Jesus is powerful name in English.
Yeshua is powerful name in Hebrews.
Iesous is powerful name in Greek.
Iesus is powerful name in Latin.
Yesus is powerful name in Bahasa.
Yesu is powerful name in Korean.
So on and so forth.

I started researching this since I grew up saying Jesus . I recently left the Catholic Church and found that Pope Benedict actual took the name Yeshua out of all bibles and songs . This is so wrong since the bible says do not take away from the word or add to the word . I had no idea all these years I had been so wrong . Thank you for explaining it to me .

One of my sons is no longer a Christian after he came learned about Zeus and the name Jesus. His mum and I can only pray for him while he tries to rescue us from our delusion. I know Him well and He is worthy of my praise.

From an early age one of my kids would call me Kris instead of DAD and friends and family would look in my direction sharpish as if to see how I would react. To tell you the truth, I LOVED IT. As he grew matured he stopped and called me Dad, which is okay. A four year-old went missing and was found and handed over to the police. He gave his parents' names as mom and dad; it wasn't helpful but you cannot blame him.

Well, now that I am mature enough to know my Redeemer's Name, I prefer to call Him Yahshua, Yeshua and Jesus knowing that He will always answer me. He answers even when we do not call on Him. Once, I was poisoned by a jealous husband, who happened to be an herbalist {he knew his stuff} in a remote place on earth, he was taking care of a friend. I emptied the cup without saying a prayer, it was late evening. I was in and out of the toilet which was located in the bush. It was not good for me because of my thing with snakes. I prayed only because I had no torchlight. Pleasant surprise was awaiting me. When I stepped out of the room, it appeared, to me, that the moon was popping out of its socket. It was as bright as day. I woke up about three hours later than the rest of the folks; we were staying at a chief's palace. I had no idea I was supposed to be dead. According to my friend his better friend, the herbalist nearly collapsed when it dawned on him that the ghost was no ghost. He wanted to know who was protecting me because there was no way I could have lived without some form of intervention. Our Redeemer lives! If the others had noticed I was in trouble they would have asked my "killer" to assist me since there was no health facility in the area. Yahshua Jesus had me covered. I am just glad to know that His Holy Name was translated and I now know His original Name.
