I'm going to try most of these except for the seafood. I made the mistake of eating mostly western food when I was in Thailand (and overpaying), but I did have a pad krapow moo krob a couple times and a couple of roast pork dishes. To the list I would add boat noodles. 2 weeks and I'll be back.

Tips: the name of green thai curry. Or แกงเขียวหวาน as you said. It doesn’t mean a green curry with sweet taste.

But the Original recipe, from ancient time, “sweet green” curry, the name meant some soft tone of green, like a Pastel green. there was no business with the taste, just about the color😆
Only one sweetness in Thai green curry should came from coconut milk😂😂😂. Original thai green curry wasn’t allowed to add any sugar in it😅
