I always a light colored one in a Japanese Supermarket in Little Tokyo.
No Idea what it's called, tcant read Japanese, he import sticker just says "Miso, light".

It has a very rich and deep taste, very Mellow and very umami. I sometimes use it like Vegemite on Lentil Waffles

Oh there is wrong Miso Paste i used some Dark fermented one, it took 20 minutes just to disappear into the water, it tasted Great before I put it in, maybe I did something wrong, but I’m Not stupid when it’s comes to cooking
