I have felt both of those types of dissociation. It is very disorientating.

These are types of dissociation/dissociation disorders, not necessarily DID.

I feel like that all the time. But my therapist told me i dont have DID. Even though my personality switches a lot, especially when unde a lot of stress. I dont have different voices but feels like my mood suddenly changes and i can get into arguments with people i can be jidt getting along with for no reason

Had a bad MDD episode a few years ago, and definitely struggled with these at diff points. Awful experience. Been much better now!

I’m sure I used to experience depersonalisation as a child… is that a normal thing with growing up?
