Basically, neither of them officially thought they were violating the treaty because they didn't realize which river was the Ebro river specified in the treaty, Carthage thought the modern Ebro was the Ebro, and Rome thought that the modern Turia river was the Ebro referred to in the treaty. It could be the Romans intentionally misread the treaty to provoke a conflict considering the Turia is not called the Ebro today, but on the other hand Ebro derives from the Basque "Ibia" (river) or "Ibar" (valley) so its entirely possible both rivers were called the "Ebro" by the natives because Ebro simply means river in the native Iberian languages.

Oh boy is this series going to be good! Hannibal is most definitely one of the greatest ( if not the greatest ) enemy that Rome ever had to face, his campaigns in Italy were so disastrous for the romans that whenever some great disaster would befall Rome, the senators would would exclaim "Hannibal ad portas" ("Hannibal is at the gates!") to express their fear or anxiety. Hannibal was just the worst nightmare for the Romans and an extremely skilled general, and this is coming from a pretty big fan of Rome

12:00 I get what you're saying and I mostly agree but saguntum wasn't an Iberian tribe, they were actually Greek.

Kings and Generals has a video called Armies and Tactics: Roman Legion against Carthage and Hannibal which dissects the makeup of both armies at the time and what kind of units they use if you want more details. Kings and General has a long list of videos examining the early Republic Armies, the Marian Reforms that created the formal Roman Legion, and the late Empire/Byzantine armies when they transitioned into a more heavy calvary based force if you're ever interested in checking those out. Other subjects in their Armies and Tactics playlist include Philip II and Alexander's reforms of the Macedonian army or Genghis Khan's organization of the Mongol army among others.

While all of HistoryMarche is great, I really personally love the maps he uses. All the settlements and names of places and what tribes and peoples are settled there. It adds to it, certainly.

The iberian infantry could not go against Carthage face to face, they much like the celtic tribes from "france" used light armor and prefered hit and run tactics and ambush.
