Hi, While WhatsApp Web uses websockets to establish a persistent connection between the web browser and the mobile app, i think the primary communication between the mobile apps doesn't rely solely on websockets.

Hmm,
Whatsapp will logout from web app if you change your device type to mobile(fro developer tools). Maybe its User sniffing.
Whatsapp doesnt allow multiple login to same account. Maybe a singleton design pattern.
Can some one explain the second case.
