MEA Future Leaders Challenge | Live Event | January 2023 | EAHM

With the aim to tackle challenges in the hospitality and tourism industry and make the MEA region the best talent developer in the world, the Challenge presents the best of the students from various universities coming together to present their initiatives.
The best final year students from all participating schools are placed in international groups to work together on solving strategic challenges chosen by the advisory board. The students have to prepare their solution via the design-based learning principle, guided by teachers and industry professionals. In the final round, the students present their solution to tackle the strategic Challenge. They get the chance to meet industry leaders, work on their resume and explore the city of Dubai where at the same time industry leaders meet, connect and elaborate on improving the industry challenges.
In the pilot edition, EAHM was honored to host around 80 students from 12 global schools and also connect and inspire HR executives, school directors, students and industry leaders from all over the MEA region for the live finals of this competition.
